I am of Chinese descent and when I was growing up in Guatemala, a lot of the kids over there also made these types of gestures. I thought it was funny and laughed with them because it is the truth. The people doing this are just trying to have fun, it doesn't mean they are racist. People nowadays get offended really easy.

🚨ICE agents are threatening to assault and illegally arrest U.S. citizens in Portland, Maine. In the video, a man is legally observing ICE activity in his own neighborhood. Agents walk up to his car window and ask, “Are you following us?” The man replies, “Yeah.” An agent immediately escalates and says, “What you are doing is called impeding federal law enforcement. It’s an 18 U.S.C. §111 charge. This is your first and only warning. If you continue to impede and follow us, you will be arrested.” The man then correctly responds, “Yeah, but I’m not impeding you.” Another agent jumps in and says,“You just openly admitted you were following us, so…” And again, the man correctly explains, “I am following you. I’m not impeding you. I’m observing you.” Which is a constitutionally protected right. The agent responds anyway, “It is impeding.” The man replies, “No, it’s actually not.” At that point, the agents become visibly angry that he knows the law and threaten him again, saying, “This is your one warning. If you keep doing it, we will pull you back out and arrest you.” Just to be very clear… Following and observing law enforcement, without interference, is not a crime. Threatening arrest anyway is an abuse of power. Threatening to “pull him out” of his vehicle is a threat of unlawful force. These agents are not enforcing the law, they’re misstating it, weaponizing it, and hoping intimidation will do the rest. They don’t understand the laws they claim to enforce. They just parrot a few buzzwords and statute numbers, and expect the public to fold. And when that doesn’t work, they threaten violence. Because the biggest threat to an ICE agent is someone who knows their rights.

Breaking Axios: Kristi Noem's language that Alex Pretti wanted to "massacre" federal agents was dictated to Noem and her department by the man most responsible for the controversial operation: Stephen Miller. That's according to four sources who spoke to Axios. axios.com/2026/01/27/tru…

Okay sorry, someone clarify this for me: people keep talking about how Pretti went to a protest. Nothing we see in the video looks like a protest though. If ICE is just doing stuff in the middle of the city and you happen to be there and film it, how is that Going To A Protest?

In all my firearms training classes, spanning 20+ years, with law enforcement in the classes, plus Navy Seals, federal agents, sheriff deputies, special forces operators, Texas Supreme Court justices and more, spanning everything from pistols to rifles to long-range precision shooting, the #1 lesson every instructor taught us was, "YOU are responsible for every round that leaves the muzzle of your firearm." Every member of law enforcement knows this. The ICE agent that shot Alex Pretti owns every round. And if he dispatched those rounds into a human being who was unarmed and did NOT pose an imminent threat of serious injury or death to other agents (since Pretti was on his knees, disarmed and being beaten in the face by other ICE agents), then the shooting of him was a legally unjustified shooting. Literally every member of law enforcement knows this. They've all been trained with this principle. Every veteran knows this. The only people that don't know this are the low-information conservative influencers who really don't know much at all about firearms, combat or law. They've probably never trained with law enforcement or soldiers. I have. For years. I know what they're taught on this point, and they all know, 100%, this was a bad shooting. Trying to cover it up and say it was Alex's fault only makes people seem more uninformed and irrational. Federal law enforcement agents do NOT have free reign to shoot anyone they want. They are required to follow the law. Yet now, under Trump, there is no rule of law, and ICE functions as a violent gang that seems willing to massacre anyone, for any reason, while wearing masks to protect their identities and prevent accountability, even though they are supposed to be working for the people of America. That's not acceptable. This escalation cycle of violence that's costing American lives must be halted. Removing illegals from America is an important action, but there are better and more effective ways to do it that don't require shooting and killing Americans in the streets of America's cities.
