@FlySWISS we have been trying to book access seats with you for months and you are causing us huge stress. Please tell me how I can speak to someone to resolve this - we fly on Friday and at the moment I have no seat next to my Autistic child!

@altontowers your discrimination against the disabled community is disgusting. ‘Normal’ children get to visit at any time but those with disability are only allowed in a few at a time due to your ride access system. I have tickets but cannot visit because my child can’t access

@GardeningExpres Is this company actually legit? I ordered from them in May 5th and have heard nothing from them despite my efforts to contact them. My order just says pending tracking. Can anyone vouch they are a real company?

Due to phenomenal demand in the presale, ninth and tenth Wembley Stadium shows have just been announced, for 7 & 8 September, 2025. The presale for these extra shows will begin at 2.30pm BST today, to those with presale access. The presale for the first eight Wembley shows has now ended. The general sale for all UK shows will begin tomorrow (Friday) at 9am BST.

@Wheelie_Average @coldplay Yep - 8 hours for us then kicked off at 6.40pm bought the cd to get presale. We don’t get the same access rights to tickets as the able bodied!

@coldplay I mean that would be fantastic but Wembley's accessible booking line has had people including myself on hold in a queue for over 3 hours. It's frankly disgusting and quite disheartening.

@coldplay We had a presale code but couldn’t get tickets because we needed accessible seats. This meant we couldn’t buy through Ticketmaster but had to call @wembleystadium who after 8 hours on hold cut us off. Those with no disability all got tickets we didn’t. Dont you want disabled fans

@wembleystadium 8 hours on hold for Coldplay presale and youve just hung up on us. @coldplay bought your cd in good faith we could buy presale. We need accessible seating so had to use the Wembley phones not Ticketmaster- you’ve discriminated against us. How you going to fix it?

@northernassist what a joke. Cancelling airport trains how do you expect us to travel home? Thanks. Now stranded with a special needs child and no way to get to Preston until 11pm. No wonder we all use our cars. We won’t be using a train again. I assume there is compensation?

@Icelandair boarding for the disabled at Reykjavik airport is a joke. Requested special assistance but it’s chaos on a bus so my autistic child had a meltdown due to being in a crowd. It’s hard to travel with Autism. Early boarding is sometimes the only strategy to get on a plane

@ascl after a great first day of conference I look forward to hearing from @BZephaniah. We call our classes at our school Acorn Park (Autism specialist) after people who aspire us as readers and our 6th form chose his name. He is a legend to our children

@asda why is it you accept blue light card on my phone but won’t accept a photo of my driving licence or passport on my phone in Chorley Asda. Never had an issue anywhere else. Do you really think people have time to mock up photo evidence to get 10% off Move with the time.

@ALWCinderella such a shame the theatre didn’t have the courtesy to let the audience know in advance that Carrie Hope Fletcher wasn’t performing. The only reason I wanted to see it. What a waste of time and money travelling from Norfolk - you could have sent an email!

@CWOA why do you discriminate against children with adhd and autism? Got a distraught child who doesn’t understand why they can’t go on a ride without an adult but their friends can. No two people with autism are the same - would you apply one rule to all people with blue eyes?
