בתחקיר ששודר אתמול בתוכנית "זמן אמת", הוזכרה גם פרשת נפילתו של בראל חדריה שמואלי ז"ל.   שמואלי נפל באוגוסט 2021, כשלוש שנים ורבע לאחר פסק הדין של בג"ץ בעניין הפרימטר.   מי שציינה את הפרשה היא יסכה בינה מהתנועה "למשילות", כ-"הוכחה" לכך ש-"המגבלות" המדומיינות שאותן קבע כביכול בג"ץ בפסק הדין ממאי 2018 – הן שהביאו לנפילתו של שמואלי באוגוסט 2021.   בינה כמובן לא המציאה את עלילת הדם השקרית הזו. אם תחפשו היום, תמצאו לא מעט ציוצים וציטוטים של שופרות תעמולה, סוכני בורות וסתם שקרנים מקצועיים שקושרים בין שני האירועים.   אלא מאי?   כאשר שמואלי נפל – אף אחד, אבל אף אחד, לא טען שיש לכך קשר לאותו פסק דין של בג"ץ בעניין הפרימטר. אני מאתגר אתכם למצוא התבטאות אחת - רק אחת - של נבחר ציבור, ״עיתונאי״ או סתם בורג כלשהו במכונת התעמולה הביביסטית, שקשר בין שני האירועים *לפני* טבח ה-7.10.   עד הטבח, כולם בלי יוצא מן הכלל באו בטענות, ובצדק גמור, לממשלת ישראל ולצה"ל. הם אלה שקבעו את המדיניות הביטחונית של ישראל בגבול עם רצועת עזה, והחלטותיהם הן שהביאו לשחיקת הפרימטר. בצירוף מקרים מדהים, זה קרה כאשר מי שכיהן כראש הממשלה לא היה בנימין נתניהו.   אגב, אותו דבר קרה גם לגבי פסק דין הפרימטר עצמו: לאחר שפסק הדין פורסם – לא היה אפילו סוכן "משילות" אחד שיצא נגדו, ו-"הסביר" בידענות את כל מה שמכונת התעמולה מנסה לפמפם בכל מחיר, כמו שיחות שהתקיימו ״מאחורי הקלעים״, שינוי ״עקיף״ של הוראות הפתיחה באש, שצה"ל "רוסן" בגלל עצם הדיון בעתירות, או כל שקר אחר.   רק כאשר התרחש טבח ה-7.10 – רק אז להקת השקרנים "נזכרה" פתאום בפסק הדין בעניין הפרימטר, הינדסה לאחור את עלילת הדם, וכרכה אותו בטבח, כמו גם בנפילתו של שמואלי ז"ל.

A nuclear program has far more moving pieces, and Mossad’s job is to make sure Iran never has all of them. That’s exactly what they’ve done for decades through sabotage, disruptions, and targeted operations. So yes, Iran has been “months away” for years. That’s why Netanyahu kept warning about it. The fact that Iran still doesn’t have a bomb isn’t proof he was wrong. It’s proof the strategy has been working. And I’ll say this: the fact that someone who was in charge of our counterterrorism can’t reach that conclusion on their own makes me, as a young father, lose sleep thinking about the bullet we dodged with someone in that role who can’t connect the dots.

According to Israel Iran has been on the brink of getting nuclear weapons for 30 years, they still don’t have them. The entire U.S. IC assessed Iran wasn’t seeking them & that Op Midnight Hammer had obliterated their enrichment capabilities. The nuclear weapons talking point is as played out as the moderate rebels myth. There’s no easy military solution to this mess, which is why we shouldn’t have let the Israelis walk us into it & we need to get out of it now.

What happened at the University of Michigan is bigger than one speaker and it deserves more than an apology. It’s well known Michigan has a large Jewish student body. The administration knew the speaker’s record and still handed him the mic—leaving those students isolated and targeted. Protests on campus have repeatedly crossed the line: encampments, disrupted ceremonies, demonstrations at officials’ homes, clashes with police. The first amendment must be protected but it doesn’t absolve anyone of consequences. Universities have deep culture problems they must address. If they don’t, they should face repercussions.

These are Libyan-Jewish survivors of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp returning home after the liberation of the camp. The Inscriptions on the train reads "Going Home" and "To Tripoli." As soon as they returned, 140 Jews were murdered and hundreds were injured in a pogrom in Tripoli. A dozen more were murdered in a smaller pogrom in 1948. In 1967, massive anti-Jewish violence erupted and at least 18 Jews were murdered. Soon after, the Libyan government expelled the remaining 5,000 Jews and confiscated their property. Today, no Jews remain in Libya and all synagogues have been repurposed to destroyed.
