@peterjhasson This is why every man should be a labor/construction worker in their late teen and early 20s.

Once you’re past 35, are you just going to keep being gradually more tired every year for the rest of your life or is a there a second wind somewhere? Anybody suddenly stumble upon newfound energy in their 40s? 50s? 60s, maybe with retirement? Naturally, no HRT or hacks

People are surprised by this, but it perfectly reflects what the average libertarian represents. For every Thomas Jefferson type, there are 20 degenerates. Many you meet online trend towards the Jefferson type, but that's online. Most are simply democrats who like guns and capitalism. They just want gay trans furries to be able to defend their meth house/porn studio with machine guns. I invite libertarians not suffering from pure brain rot to drop the party and join the real world.

The Libertarian Party has elected a new chair, @badevan. He has been convicted of armed robbery, publishes gay torture porn, and was a Covid panican. The good news is the Libertarian Party under his leadership should be unable to take any votes from Republicans.

Everyone is always rooting for you. Your parents want you to be a great son. Wife wants you to be a great husband. Your boss wants you to be a slam dunk hire. Every first date you’ve ever been on they’ve been rooting for you to get laid. Every time you started to tell a joke people hoped it would have a hilarious punch line. Your proximity to anyone is a reflection of themself, meaning the deck is never stacked against you, and your failures are completely your own

Big beer belly with an innie: A majestic girth that invites a fetishistic scrutiny such that it elevates the flesh into something stately, glorious, and august. Big beer belly with an outie: Bloated, unutterable grotesquerie, unpleasantly rubbery. A sinful, protuberant mass that transforms the body into a horrific, morbid and loathsome anomaly.

@AgitpropMaster I am serious though. Garage sales are mad scrambles for physical movies now. Elbows come out when millennial moms are looking through cassette tape.

Blockbuster but it’s a subscription service, unlimited movies in/out like a library. Make real money on organizing screening events, turn half the “store” into a vintage 1990s sweet den, with a modern projector setup of course. Clean up. Save your town.
Paul Anleitner@PaulAnleitner

If Pizza Hut can return, then we can resurrect Blockbuster. And we should. While Netflix made things more “convenient” we lost something irreplaceable: The ritual of going to a place with your family or friends to choose a story together. That experience was special.

Once again I am imploring all of you with children to read them the original Winnie the Pooh books. I have yet to find books with better flawed and complex archetypical characters that children understand. Eeyore is not just a pessimist. He is rude with an air of superiority because he is so insecure. He tries to ruin everything when he isn't the focal point of attention. I hate this character because I know a few Eeyores in real life. Owl is a phony know it all who only cares about trying to impress others. He tries to talk down to everyone with a purposefully obtuse vocabulary and makes everyone listen to his boring stories. And he lies about being able to read and write to Pooh repeatedly. Looking at a lot of you Twitter posters out there. Rabbit is a suck up and a conniver. Simple as. He tries to kidnap Roo to drive out Kanga because he sees her as a competitor for Christopher Robin's affection. And he tries to get Tigger lost in the fog to rid him of his vigor and joy. But Milne also portrayed universal admirable archetypes. Kanga is a doting even tempered mother and Roo is the ideal young boy. Always agreeable and full of energy and loving adventures, but he listens to and obeys Kanga. Tigger is the happy warrior. Always upbeat, never doubts himself. Always trusting. Just happy to be there. The ideal blue collar guy. The perfect chud. Piglet knows he is a coward and fights it constantly. He strives towards heroism even though it is against his nature. And he is loyal to a fault, even when it is scary or uncomfortable. And Pooh. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful he is. The stoic poet philosopher who is simple and content with the important things in life. He has no airs about him and has no need to impress anyone. He speaks plainly and directly and has a deep gruff voice. He has no problem admitting his faults and does not take compliments easily. He is an ideal that we can all aspire to in at least some aspects of our lives. And the books are all written in such a way that children understand all of this intuitively. Disney did the book dirty by stripping away a lot of this and turning all of the characters into slop. So please read this book to your children. There are a lot of jokes that I enjoy that my children don't understand but the ones that they do are genuinely funny Oh, and you have to do the voices. I don't make the rules.
