@reynoldsgareth It's a race to the bottom and I don't see the goal. When people stop going out to eat entirely because the service is so bad, eventually there won't be any restaurants left. Our local Chili's got rid of the host, busboy, and bartender positions, all now fall on one waiter.

@thegetupam It's unfortunate you started running ads on The Get Up for already paid Spotify Premium subscribers. I've listened to you for almost a year now but will be cancelling my Premium account because I'm not ok paying $10/mo to be advertised to.

@SpotifyCares Hello, these are separate audio ads playing in between segments of The Get Up, not ads that are part of the podcast recording. They show up with their own album artwork and are unskippable. This only started within the last two weeks, possibly after a desktop app update.
