Disappointed with LG AC AMC support. Raised AMC request on 8069379999. Engineer inspected AC and said repair would cost ₹8k while AMC was quoted ₹13k earlier. Now no response or callback from LG team. Poor customer support. @LGIndia @LGIndiaConnect @LGUS

"प्रिया त्यागी" नाम की इस लड़की ने अपने घर में AC लगवाया लेकिन अब वो पछता रही है क्योंकि AC का कस्टमर सर्विस बहुत बेकार है.
लड़की बताती है कि न तो कस्टमर केयर वाले फोन उठाते हैं और न तो कोई एक्जीक्यूटिव आता है
कंपनी वाले गैस रीफिलिंग का चार्ज 2800-3000 बताते हैं लेकिन जो आता है वो 4000-5000 रुपए की मांग करता है.
इस लड़की ने घर में AC को दूसरे तरफ़ लगवाया और उसको लगवाते समय सर्विस वाले आदमी से ही पूरी गैस लीक हो जाती है।
वो आदमी इस लड़की से आग्रह करता है कि कंपनी में उसकी शिकायत मत करना.
लड़की आखिर में कहती है कि किसी भी कंपनी का AC के लेना लेकिन BLUESTAR का मत लेना.
