@kyanbuilds @arthuryuzbashew Could you make a post about this? I got like 10k users, but 70 reviews..
English

@arthuryuzbashew Lol I was actually struggling to get reviews early after launch so I had to reword my entire onboarding to optimize for 5-star reviews
English

@RevenueCat
Could you please fix your notification sounds?
A suitable sound for each notification, like a cash sound for a new trial and active subscriber
And for the cancel/billing error noti = a negative sound.
Atm a new active subscriber and a cancel sounds the same..
English

@cormachayden_ Stop promoting ur app, i see a new foodscanner everyday because of you. Ur ruining your own business long term by diluting it.

@mdnlabs Congrats brother
Just a heads up
you forgot to remove prayer lock
from your onboarding

English

It’s ok!
For three-day trials, over 55% of users cancel almost immediately.

Pritam@iPritamX
This is something I hate so much. I enabled the free trial because users said they wanted to try the app first. so I added it. Now people just start the trial and cancel within 2 minutes. This is absurd 😑
English

@stevefroussis @iPritamX Honestly this is underrated advice
most successful apps already spent years optimizing their onboarding + paywall.
reinventing everything from scratch usually just means learning the same lessons the hard way 🚀
English

Scared of competition?
> 99% of developers won’t spend one day on proper screenshot localization.
> Won’t spend 2 hours checking their onboarding.
> Won’t run an A/B test.
So everything looks the same. AI-generated screenshots. Clone onboardings. Cookie-cutter apps.
Developers stay lazy. That’s your competition.
English

@iPritamX @gabru0160 Just copy the pricing/paywall from a succesful app in the same category
English

@gabru0160 actually it is, onboarding and the paywall are the most difficult part of building
English

@steilgaard @seraleev I got 25 reviews and 3000 users.. and i ask a review in the onboarding
English

@seraleev but 100x more 5 stars if asked in onboarding, though the 1 stars tend to come with a written review :D
English

The biggest downside of a hard paywall:
> NEGATIVE REVIEWS
☆ 1 star
Jacob Rodri@jacobrodri_
it’s crazy how with hard paywalls, 90% of negative reviews are just complaints about it the easiest way to keep a 4.5+ rating is to ask users to rate the app during onboarding most users will instinctively leave 5 stars without even thinking about it
English

@KylosWeb3 Um that Charizard doesn’t exist because I’ve opened 475 packs of phantasmal flames and havent seen it. Yall made that card up. 😂
English

We are a very serious company and will not be taking any questions at this time.

"Hey Rik, how's RAGA planning going?"
English

i’m opening a discord for app founders.
let's grow together

The app behind +4M views is called "Kairo" I launched it 7 days ago $1K+ revenue, zero ad spend This is where I start documenting everything
English

@stevefroussis the circular score visualization is clean and the green gradient works well for a decision making app. we track how top utility apps use that kind of instant result to hook users early :)
