This is huge! Medicare is directly negotiating with drug companies for the first time. Big Pharma sued to stop this, but nothing gives them the right to rip us off. Now, every manufacturer for the 10 drugs selected agreed to participate in negotiations for lower drug prices!

So ... Looks like a bunch of vulnerable House Rs are going to have just voted for 30% cuts to hundreds of domestic programs ... only for the bill to fail anyway by a wide margin? (And even if the bill had passed the House it would still be DOA anyway in the Senate)
