It is a fact of life that I am just as likely to make a typo in my code now as I was 10 years ago. The only difference is that now I have a linter tell me before I put in production lol

Your boi is going to try and migrate a WordPress website to @EmDashCMS tonight. Why? For funsies. It's a client site so I won't be doing it for real, just locally as an experiment. Yes I'll record it, hopefully that video will drop tomorrow.

@JamesWelbes @EmDashCMS I deployed to Cloudflare, but I still don't have the marketplace cos I decided to skip the sandboxing for nefarious testing purposes. Ooops haha

hrmmm so with @EmDashCMS you have two choices when you first initialize an EmDash project, you can choose the Cloudflare method, or node.js. Apparently, if you choose node.js, you don't have access to the plugin marketplace.

The WordPress cult is so triggered today and I am here for it. I hate on WordPress sometimes because it's like 20 something years old and has quirks and I'm a long time user who has experienced real pain points. The amount of hate EmDash has received already, having existed for 5 minutes, by people who haven't even tried it yet is just wild.

@JamesWelbes Signed up and will check it out. I thought this was mostly just an online note app you were talking about but this seems kinda useful. I never thought about having agents take the notes and store them like this

yeah I know there's a bunch but I wanted one that was easy for my AI bot to connect to so it can create reports and write stuff etc. I was using notion but I hated it and ran into a limit on the free plan. I want to move a site off Godaddy Airo. It is a walled garden. I found a slack called "Data Liberation" focusing on the exact topic of breaking free of proprietary platforms. The first person to respond to my introduction and idea works for Godaddy. @photomatt is this for real?

@JamesWelbes I used Lando at a previous job and found it was a good way to connect to the host and run WP CLI commands. And to download backups. But I used those backups to run the sites in local containers not powered by lando lol

alright, I'm out. I'm done with Lando. It's just too much man. I just wanna build websites on my computer I don't need this headache.

@carolinapoena Sounds like a good idea. I would love to get something my teenager would like as well, that he could enjoy writing content on and publishing stuff on.

We need more funny themes and themes for kids. Not themes for adults who work with kids or for blogs about kids and parenting.

@KatieKeithBarn2 I never hit the weekly limit but I hit the 5 hour limit so fast that I can't imagine ever reaching the weekly limit cos I have to do most of my things with other AIs.

You know the feeling when the internet breaks or there's a power cut and you can't work, so you end up doing crazy things like tidying your desktop or cleaning the house? That's how I feel after reaching my weekly Claude limit 😅

Today's Accessibility Checker release was massive - so many PRs, that it took 5 Slack messages to list them all, and you can't even see them all in this zoomed out view with tiny font. 💪 @stevejonesdev and @Will_Patton_88 rocked it! Now I have to go update all the screenshots and docs everywhere... 😳 Also, shout out to @mehrazmorshed for contributing to this release! 🌟 We appreciate the contribution!

@heyamberhinds @stevejonesdev I am really happy how much thought went into what we actually built with all of these PRs. So much code, so many changes. Hopefully so much easier to use for a lot of people :)
