You can add one former Bengals player (in their prime) to the 2026 roster. Who are you picking?

@Calhoun98 @TruthTeller3030 Was there. Those aero kit cars were fast. Chevys qualifying package was extremely dangerous but the teams ran it anyway because it was quite a bit faster. Ultimately after another horrible wreck they punished honda and made everyone run race trim and no boost.

@TruthTeller3030 Yes, I overlooked 2015. That was a strange day. No qual boost, no qualifying points. One run only,

Looking like this will be the first Indy 500 qualifying in a very long time, if not the first ever, where drivers don't have the option to make multiple runs to record a time. Today it's going to be one-and-done to set the initial order.

@champwebdotnet Of course it was real. The series took a lot of heat when they officiated road courses like ovals and threw too many fcy. So much luck involved. Within a couple of years fans will be clamoring to go back

It is wild, i think for the first time in Indycar history, Race Control has admitted they were throwing "Subjective Yellows" based on information on who was leading and where the leader was at in an expected pit window! wow. All this time i was sort of being facetious about the topic, but it was real!

@jordi_giorgio @champwebdotnet It was arguably more dangerous when they left the pits open and also led to random results. Everyone would race back to the pits or the blend line. Every once in a while there would be a team car that wrecked everyone's race by going as slow as possible and cost the cars behind

@champwebdotnet Why are the pits closed in street and road courses? It will always benefit people who roll the dice back in 12th or so. And I remember guys in the lead complaining about it 15 years ago. Why don't we fix the original problem?

PSA: If a yellow flag can be thrown at all, a yellow flag should be thrown. If you are a leader and you get caught out by a yellow, that is the risk taken by not coming in prior. In either case, there should be no such rule as a “subjective full course caution.” Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened. I promise you, something will go very badly the longer this continues.

@pauldehnerjr Bengals need to be extremely careful here. Would hate to see a Callahan take a job somewhere, pitcher get swiped and then get left holding the bag. Take a look at kc already interviewing OC's while they still have one of staff

@wrestlingnomad I'm thinking PSU 29-7, maybe 32-4. Ohio State will try to score, which might lead to more bonus points for PSU.

@HHSReport @ASchatzNFL @WardonSports It's more like if you were to play this game again what is the expected outcome and the success rates were the same what would the outcome be. Basically it's a measurement of how lucky or unlucky teams were. The top game had 3 defensive tds Plus muffed kicks.

@ASchatzNFL @WardonSports So 2 defensive TDs don’t count as “underlying game stats”? (Serious question) Because one would assume teams with 2 TDs on defense probably win 98% of those games.

Cleveland's 20-18 win over the Bengals yesterday was the No. 6 biggest "Reverse PGWE" win since 1978. Post-Game Win Expectancy is a metric that looks at how often we would expect a team to win given the underlying game stats. Browns should win 1.1% of the time.

@IndyOreo I agree! Illmor and HRC are certainly still capable as I'm sure others are as well. Hopefully they pull the trigger asap. They are still repairing the damage from when the 2.4 l was canceled originally and the hybrid delay

5 years later and I think @Tesla has legit cracked FSD. Tried the latest version today and it was genuinely flawless, and I critique every detail of anything self-driving. Not only flawless, but it drove smoother and safer than any human I know. Very impressed.

@Johnubacon It's tricker than you may think. Chase brown of the bengals injured his ankle trying to not score last year. Backfired badly because Denver got the timeout for an injured player. They then scored td and Denver ended up tying it back up.

But it's not either/or. Instead of taking a knee, try a safe run up the middle, and if they try to give you the touchdown, just take a knee on the one yard line, and kill the lock.
Blue By You@CoolBreeze12373

@Johnubacon Better to guarantee that your opponent doesn't get the ball again. Kicker risk (from inside the 10) vs risk of turnover or another kickoff return

16 is currently the latest the Bengals could pick if they win out, but that would require Baltimore, Minnesota and Tampa to lose out also (plus some help). And if Dallas wins one more game, that's another team that'll stay behind Cincinnati. It's very likely they're picking between 10-13 if they win out.
Chadwell@jchadwell16

@JoeGoodberry How far can the Bengals fall in the draft if they win out? Pick 13 or 14? I’m assuming u got an idea lol
