@MartinSLewis Why doesn’t everyone just cancel their direct debits and pay only what they can afford? They can’t physically turn off electric & gas to your house… This is what I’m doing from next month. They can’t get blood out of a stone, I’ll pay what I think fits.

@AmazonHelp Thanks for that. I spoke to them but they too are unable to help as they can’t view any of my account details. They did say that my Christmas order I made is unlikely to arrive though - even though my my card has been charged! This is absolutely despicable.
