@willvernon @DaiOConnor @SquidgeRugby What you don’t seem to realise is that, due to player release regulations, there will always be an unofficial cap on the amount of external players we can have in a particular squad. Whether the official one remains or not.

The WRU, somewhere: This Dan Edwards seems pretty good. Let's cut his club, deny the opportunity for players like him to get the time in the saddle to develop in future, and to reward him by not making that decision for six months so he can truly celebrate with some uncertainty
