But everyone copes with things differently. My wife and I donated to Damar's charity last night and honestly, writing is my coping mechanism. I certainly can't get my mind off what happened in Cincinnati and my thoughts and prayers are with him, his family, and his teammates.

Something I wanted to get off my mind... I thought about not writing or podcasting today after what happened last night. It shook me to my core as it did for many and I didn't want content to be deemed insensitive given situation.
