I’ve critically evaluated the factors in all the screen light and sleep studies, and they have different populations - healthy, insomnia, athletes, teens etc. I’m calling it a sleep myth

I was listening to @thedankoe discuss this recently. He mentioned he’d looked at some studies that disputed the negative impact blue light had on sleep quality and/or the ease of getting to sleep. Curious if certain underlying factors make some more individuals more sensitive to blue light vs. others—and what those factors are.
