🚨I’ve seen numerous posts demanding the body cam footage be released. But I can tell you the police aren’t trying to hide anything at all. Why would anyone want to see someone die? This is about the Henry Nowak stabbing — the young chap right here in the photo. There’s already a full independent investigation going on into his death in police custody. It may not be public but you can be dam sure it’s ongoing. These cases are taken very seriously. They won’t release any more details until the court case is completely wrapped up. That’s just how the system works — it protects the investigation, ensures a fair trial, and stops things from becoming a media circus. And honestly, do you think the family wants his last moments plastered all over the internet forever? They’re already going through enough. Hildegarde Naughton is the Fine Gael Minister for Education. She was protected from questioning when approached in Galway City last night. Hildegarde Naughton deceived Enoch Burke into sitting in front of Claire Callanan as Chair of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel which was to hear Enoch Burke’s appeal. The Chair is required to be independent, however Callanan is married to Lyndon McCann SC, the chief legal adviser to the Church of Ireland, and is herself an employee of the Church of Ireland. In no way was Claire Callanan an ‘independent’ Chair. Claire Callanan was appointed to this role by Hildegarde Naughton, the Minister for Education. This was an act of gross deception. This is a very serious day when the Fine Gael Minister for Education can deceive a young teacher by making him sit in front of a chair who is neither independent nor impartial and then refuse to answer questions when asked.
