Narrator: the MP for @LabourPandL did not deny the court found the flat WAS obtained fraudulently..... NB: it was a great wedding!

I will not be silenced in the face of ongoing systemic abuse and smears. Did you @CJAWorrall provide a statement defending my ex-husband on allegations of abuse, after the vexatious trial which did not dispute it, and while you were Chair of the local Labour Party and leading the Reselection procedure? 📷 Guests at your 2022 wedding abroad

“so you’ve been posting nonstop about Palantir abusing personal data?” “yes, Dave” “but totally silent on the tech and social media companies that very openly harvest and sell your personal data?” “that’s right” “and you have no evidence that Palantir has ever collected or monetized anyone’s personal data?” “correct, Dave”

Shouted down by Baroness Blake - the Leeds City Council Leader who, for 6 years, failed to commission a local inquiry on grooming gangs whilst in office. This was despite: - The Jay Report (2014) exposing catastrophic institutional failures across the region - Convictions being handed down in Leeds Crown Court itself, including the UK's largest ever CSE prosecution in 2016, whilst she was in office - A Leeds-based victims' support group, CROP, having raised the alarm for years - before being silenced under political pressure West Yorkshire would later go onto be identified as one of the country's most serious hotspots for grooming gangs. And now Baroness Blake sits in the Lords and plays with her phone. British Justice for you...

So proud of my Dad for his spontaneous valedictory Speech, following removal of Hereditary Peers from House of Lords. If they won't give you a slot...make one!

Hi @edfenergy - I literally cannot understand any of your customer service agents' accents. I understand you save considerable money outsourcing this operation to the subcontinent. But what's the actual point of customer service if you cannot service your customers? Thanks

One day, all the Palantir haters will have to come to grips with the reality that the disinformation surrounding the company was deliberately created by our adversaries who feared its potential to strengthen and embolden the ability of free and democratic societies.

I feel very bad for Louis Mosley having to defend his employer against someone completely technically and business illiterate. You can criticise Palantir for plenty of things but she is not intellectually equipped to do that even at the most basic level.

Louis: we have no interest in patient data in the UK. It’s not our business model. Palantir does not have access to patient data. esteemed EXPERT guest: “but why should we trust you because as we’ve seen, say, with the police in, in New York when they tried to say, ‘we don’t we want this we want Palantir to come out’ it was really hard to kick you out of their data, you know that reliance grows. and you do these free contracts, you’re like ‘oh try this and then you’re like oh now we’re gonna charge 300 million for it’ I mean it’s, uh the way in which your company is is behaved, we’re right to question um how you may be and what you might do with our data and how difficult it will to get you out of our systems.” wow, she really cooked!

Having watched many former colleagues stay back in investment banking to climb the promotion ladder, the reasons are usually one of the three > they realize that they are not passionate about finance but enjoy the money in banking. Going into private equity or hedge fund means you will be competing with people who are genuinely in love with their job. Going into corp dev means taking a massive pay cut. You can usually hang around the hoop in banking without building any real expertise and become pretty senior before being pushed out > they genuinely end up liking banking. The idea that multi billion dollar company CEOs and CFOs come to them for advice. They are in the business of getting deals done and providing solutions to clients. They prefer that aspect of the job vs taking directional views on a company and then waiting years to see if their thesis is working out. Client service and salesmanship comes to them more naturally. These are the people who end up staying back and actually trying to make MD in banking > they enjoy the continuity of the job. Banking hours suck but they like the culture / people at their firm. They weren’t sure what to do with their life so they continued on with it. Ironically, these people are the best to work with. They care enough to be a good teammate, but not too much to become a hardo VP who blows up your midnight.
