Passing a ticket through half a dozen agents who only offer automated platitudes while a paid ODU subscription actively wastes away looks entirely deliberate. It weaponizes time to force customer fatigue. @NgComCommission @ConsumersNCC @fccpcnigeria, this goes beyond a standard service delay. This is a multi-month billing for zero service delivered. We request a formal intervention, an immediate technical resolution for @wisewhan, and a full pro-rata refund for the lost months. @wisewhan, we have documented your entire multi-agent loop. Do not let them close this out without a resolution and compensation! #TelecomAccountability #ConsumerRights #AirtelNigeria #CustomerFatigue #EthosReviews

@ConsumersNCC @AirtelNigeria @EthosReviews @fccpcnigeria It's almost been two months and my complaint has not been resolved. They said they would call me twice but they didn't, my subscription expired and I am unable to use the internet until now. Please I need help, airtel has been telling me to be patient for almost two months now

@itelNigeria Omo, this Nigerian heat is on another level lately! It completely drains your energy, makes it impossible to focus on anything during the day, and turns sleeping at night into a total struggle. I’m ready to test the new itel AC. #itelACTesters

"I think right now it's left for Nigerians to be very careful. The number of faulty solar panels and batteries being brought into this country is alarming. Whenever you're buying such items, make sure you have the contact details of the seller or installer in case anything happens." — Man raises concern while sharing a video of a solar battery reportedly bursting. Fortunately, the owner had already moved the battery outside the house before the incident occurred. #Batterytalk

@DavChukwuemeka @NigeriaStories The day you realize nothing the Nigerian government does is to the benefit of the common man that's the day you start seeing everything in a new light. There is always an ulterior motive....

@NigeriaStories Finally! Ending this 12-year monopoly is a big win for local fintechs and will reduce capital flight. Our own companies should control airtime credit and data loans. Well done FG!

JUST IN: The Federal Government has ordered the deregulation of Nigeria’s airtime credit market. The move ends the old system where telecom giants ran airtime borrowing services through a single foreign partner.
