Round-top: (1) Like I tweeted earlier, [4061-4257] & [4257-4164] are first 2 waves of an ED. (2) If true, then the next 3 waves, would at least travel same duration in time as the first 2 & that gives a potential top window around mid-July. (3) I won't jump in until DTK turns red

Europe should not extradite those accused of non-violent crimes to a court system so unfair—and prison system so cruel—that native-born defendants would rather die than become subject to it. Julian Assange could be next.
Until the system is reformed, a moratorium should remain.

Same thing happened back in January when the low came on the 22nd. The low likely in for XRP because the 5 week, 13 and 26 day cycles.
