@DrVivianS @PaulCalandra It’s not just air conditioning! If the general population saw these places they would be outraged. Dirty rooms, poor food, wet briefs, lack of staff. They are disgusting places!

Water pill, blood pressure med, Tylenol that’s it and a puffer if needed.

Look at her tonight after having no sock and her foot dressing attended to. Alert smiling with other care givers outside this evening 7pm till 9pm. Where’s the wheezing, aggressive breathing, moaning? Wound specialist coming tomorrow morning to look at her foot.

@specialkayla Was told it was going to be investigated when I filed complaint first rush to hospital beginning of April. We are now just shy of 2 mths and wound is just being attended to today. I never heard from MOH not reported going to file that complaint. Just too many issues to pursue.

@witta_d Wow that is just unacceptable! So much glaring negligence in her care. There are wound protocols in the FLTCA that are not being followed here. I would call the Ministry immediately and open a ticket for each complaint, each negligent issue. Your mom's rights are being violated.

She was sent by the home for high respiratory breathing given daily meds and sent shipped back to the home. I decided to take her sock off and found that as I took her outside for air

Ensure the Premier is cced + entire management team at mom's LTC. There needs to be a response and at the *very least* I hope they give you their ear. $/staffing cuts harm families

MOH was suppose to investigate. Never heard from them at all. Then I see her foot 6pm yesterday when I took boot and sock off. I felt like I got hit by a truck sick, disgusted.
