@Wix I've been trying to recover an account because I lost access to my phone number and I haven't been able to upload my government ID. I get this error every time.
@Wix I’ve deleted my account with you ages ago and you’ve still taken more than £300 from my account. How can this be right? I want this fixed but you don’t have a customer number or anything. Ridiculous?

But the language of it sounds like a fishing email with a false urgency, but also no deadline!

@WixHelp when I set up my website through Wix, someone helped me. She became the site owner and made me co-owner. A few weeks ago, I tried to cancel all my subscriptions through Wix. I am unable to cancel my premium plan. I have updated my payment plans as requested.
