@amazon Your customer service sucks. AI am being told one of a multi pack cards does not exist. BS… it is in my hand with one of the other cards from the pack that exists. Basically told SOL and bye!!! Not OK!!!

@ftdflowers I should know better than to give you another try. Large city. Ordered early. No communication and no flowers delivered. Sad part is for a child who could have used a pick up on a bad day. Failed me once again and customer service is a joke
