@dadmann_walking Being pnw natives the weather on early Sept was no worse than we were used to. Rent the smallest car you can. Still barely made it through a village in a Nissan Micra which was ideal for those narrow coastal roads. Only 3 of us though.

@dadmann_walking Highly recommended, we were there only 1wk but there's much to see. Buy an opw heritage card , covered every place we wanted to see and it's good for 1yr. @Smil3yAngel Bellingham costco the locals wanted hours without the Canadian visitors that were going over the border to avoid the HST. According to my brother and his wife. Our costco isn’t as crazy as the one across town. Still busy but we've gone In for salsa on a Friday and out in 10min

@MemoryLaneTime Neighbors goose was worse than their chihuahua. And that dog was psycho. Some full body shaking near misses with dogs. Looked into pepper spray at a bike shop.

@Julius_Kim Tried an oatmeal bath for my elephant skin once, it was weird and messy enough. A crisco like skin cream did more to help.

Ok, tried taking a bath tonight to change things up. I even used one of those bath bomb things. (Had to ask the wife if I take the plastic off of it before I drop it in the water.) I don’t know…I think baths are kinda overrated. 🤷🏻♂️

@teemcee @EliMcCann When our lab mix hurt his back leaping for a bird, my brother was walking him in our orchard at midnight. The cat lived outside in summer so he was lying in wait and leaped onto my brother from a fruit tree. The cat never got a rude wakeup again.

We went out of town for 10 days and they went and stayed with their best friend. We got back yesterday. Their eyes have not yet forgiven me.

@FiredUpCoug I've been to several and the best ones were planned on Facebook messenger where we set a date and book space at a bar. Usually get 100 out of 400 unless it's a weekend to make it worth flying home for.. Brothers debating going to his 35th that's a fuster cluck waiting to happen
