@DoctorChristian MH placement recommended by 5+ specialist consultants plus whole treatment team. Instead, I've been detained in psych ICU for 3 years. Only one place in country agreed to treat me. CCG day it's too expensive. I remain detained... lawyers+MP are fighting for it.

@therecoverygap Purging previously will have led to dehydration, as well as loss of electrolytes. If you've stopped that, them your body will be grabbing all the water it can to rehydrate and rebalance your cellular and blood electrolytes. PLEASE try not to panic. Your body needs time to heal. X

@matthaig1 I've been detained in hospital for 3 years so far. Still no appropriate treatment. Lawyers involved. I might not see my 94yr old Granny again. Mental health care is failing across the board.

@SiRickards @ilonacatherine That's shit. I wish I knew what to suggest (not that I would advise listening to me). I just feel there should be more support available. Get what you can from your Twitter buddies. Shout out when you need to. I know it's not your style, but people genuinely want to help. Xx
