You would think every room in a hotel room block would be the same, but that's rarely the case. Sometimes you need suites for leadership. Or international travelers need an extra night. Maybe one team is arriving a day early. Sorting through all of that used to be a manual process. Organizers would invite everyone, then go back and make all the changes. But now they don't have to. Our new room-specific invites on @Workgrounds let you select a subset of guests, assign them to a specific room type or date range, and send their invites in bulk. Organizers can see everything, but each guest can only see and claim the room type meant for them.
