The HSBC transfer to Accor is up and running again now, for those of you who were trying since a few hours now. Get it done if you have a Accor redemption planned or envisioned in the next year or so.

@ccpointstravel @ccg33k Same, just ended call with customer support. They mentioned the rewards redemption portal is down. The incident has been raised. TAT 24 hours

@ccg33k Seems the cc community crashed HSBC - Accor transfer. I called customer care and they said it’s a known issue, wait 24 hours!

Some HSBC x Accor rumours are doing the rounds. There’s usually no smoke without fire. A change could happen - Accor points are among the most expensive for banks to buy, the transfer ratio is currently 1:1, and INR depreciation doesn’t help either. If you’re sitting on HSBC points with plans to transfer them to Accor, it may be worth playing it safe. Better safe than sorry. PS: I’d expect HSBC to provide notice before making any transfer ratio changes. (Though if a partner decides to discontinue the relationship altogether, that may be beyond HSBC’s control.)

@atherenergy Hi @atherenergy, I can understand that you forwarded the concern to the relevant team, but there is nothing new in this. Your team is already saying the same thing for 1+ month. What I want is to expedite the process and get it quickly resolved. How long do you want me to wait??

Dear @atherenergy @tarunsmehta I had big trust in your brand and scooter and ended up buying Ather Rizta Z Super Matt (159KM-IDC with Stack Pro). Basically your costliest scooter which comes at 1.85 Lakh on-road. The very next day of delivery, I started facing Map Loading issues.

This is the last time I'm reaching out to you before going to the consumer forum. I paid 22 extra to buy Ather Stack Pro, if I'm not getting those features refund me my 22K. Surprisingly last week your support team tried to close the ticket without providing resolution.

Again I followed up with backend customer support, they blindly told me sir visit service centre 😅. When I told them I just visited and came. It feels like government office, from desk to another 🤷. It's been more than a month, I don't see any accountability and ownership.

If there was a possible delay, you should have informed passengers in advance so that we could have made some arrangements. Now I'm stuck at the airport with my infant. I don't even know if ETD gets changed again. You had enough time to comply with government norms

@kushanmitra @tarunsmehta @atherenergy 6 years back I was being interviewed at @atherenergy for Data Pipeline Engineer and they did discuss this plan and questions around this. It sounded very interesting and futuristic to me back then. Happy to see that finally it's live.

So I asked @tarunsmehta just how @atherenergy collects the pothole data. He didn’t specify how the rollout of this pothole navigation would expand but he mention that Ather Energy would be happy to share this data with municipal authorities
