@BatVibes If anything can be blamed on Misty for anything pertaining to theft, it was her siding with Brock during the latter's theft against Ash in that episode, due to it technically meaning she acted as his accessory to the act. Other than that, no, theft is a charge she was INNOCENT.

Rewatching the Togepi hatching episode and Misty is the absolute last person who should have gotten it. She basically stole it. Think about the breakdown: • Ash found the egg during the Aerodactyl attack. • Brock actually took the time to nurture and care for it. • Even Meowth loved and nurtured the egg! • Ash literally won the tournament for the rights to keep it. Misty's only contribution was shoving Ash and Brock out of the way at the exact second it hatched so it would imprint on her. Who do you think really deserved Togepi?

Basically, this gives the Bruins a way to get Hagens in the system without burning a year off his ELC. They could deem him ready for a call up at some point later this season and sign his ELC then. So yes, he essentially has a tryout in Providence to see if he makes Boston. They could also decide they don't need him this year in Boston (say if no one gets injured) and save a year on his ELC.

@Guy_is_mello @bridgetteproulx It is and has a place but I get where you’re coming from. Most high ranked 18 year olds go right to the show now because they are not targeted because of their size. It’s a skill league now. College kids are also older and bigger with how they train their bodies these days.

As I said on radio this morning, I would start Hagens in Boston and see how he does. But I do also see a legitimate case for Providence. There is less precedent for players jumping from college to an NHL playoff race in their D+1 season than people seem to think.

This team isn’t winning fuck all come April. We have seen this play out time and time again with the bruins where they send prospects to die in Prov. Why are players like Steeves, Kuraly, Jeannot, Eysimmont gonna play over him? Theres no excuse other than the FO thinks they are smarter than everyone else
