Adding my sense to all the other sense out there. Reader beware. No personal offense meant. Not all RTs are endorsements. FDIC insured. Is this thing on?

To be "ideological" is to believe that ideas can function as a reliable map of social reality and that when the reality fails to correspond with the map you should favor the map.

A tribe’s collective stupidity is proportional to its demand for purity. The more closely a group must agree, the more must be trimmed from each brain to make it fit.

I'm an anarchist, I understand the current situation where human life is primarily centered around the state on a global level, I'd rather live in a region where 9/11 commissions are the norm when civilians are attacked, and not as a matter of course, perhaps even making IEDs to cause secondary explosions. Not realizing that sort of environment exists under Hamas is gaslighting innocent Palestinians.

@LeilaniDowding I don't exactly think Hamas/Hezbollah are holding the equivalent of 9/11 commissions when their villages get attacked.

If the innocent Lebanese people don’t matter because of Hezbolla. And the innocent Gazans don’t matter because of Hamas … and it’s their fault for not overthrowing Hezbolla and Hamas….. Why is the same logic not applied to Innocent Iranians and the IRGC I understand 90 million + innocent Iranians can’t defeat the IRGC, so how do they expect innocent Lebanese and Palestinians to defeat Hezbolla and Hamas. The justify destroying everything owned by the Lebanese and Gazans. Be careful what you wish for because they may well apply the same logic to innocent Iranians. The logic does not follow and it sounds like gas lighting

It is not inhumane to care that Iranian school girls were killed. It is inhumane to need the missile to be fired by the U.S. or Israel before deciding to care. That protest doesn't come from your heart. It comes from your hate. Trust me, we feel it.

@Wisdom_HQ Watchman. Collateral is an interesting movie where an audience member could view Tom Cruise's character, Vincent, as the protagonist and Jamie Foxx being the antagonist.

Eastern, even though I'm from the west coast, Eastern has appachalians, some southerners, Floridian men, NY gangs, it's just a very diverse group of people that can eliminate with prejudice, maybe coordination will be a problem for them, but that might actually have its benefits given the groups. East coast has 80% of the US population. It's a very skewed battle.

Socialism starts with the claim that capitalism is just government favoritism toward the rich. Then it proposes the solution: give that same government total control over the economy and trust that it will now favor the poor. So the premise is that political power is corrupt when markets exist… but becomes virtuous when markets are abolished. If you already believe the government doesn’t represent you today, ask yourself what happens when it no longer needs your vote, your consent, or your continued participation to function. When it openly rejects the idea that it answers to you at all. At that point, you don’t exist as a citizen with rights. You exist as a resource to be managed. If concentrated power is the problem, concentrating it further isn’t the cure.

Unrealized gains tax for Gen-Z: You buy a Pokémon card for $50. Someone offers you $500 for it. You say no. You love that card. You're keeping it. The government says: "Cool, but that card is worth $500 now. You owe us $100 in taxes." You: "…I didn't sell it." Government: "Don't care. Pay up." You don't have $100 lying around. So you're forced to sell the card you love just to pay a tax on money you never received. Next month? That card drops back to $50. Your card is gone. Your money is gone. And the government shrugs. That's a wealth tax on unrealized gains. They don't pay you back the tax... Now picture this. Your mom calls you crying. She has to sell the house she raised you in. Not because she can't afford it. She's lived there 30 years. It's paid off. But some website says it's worth more now and the government says she owes $15,000 she doesn't have. So she sells your childhood home. The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday. Gone. To pay a tax on money that was never real. Now picture the opposite. Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it. Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000. He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore. Does the government give him his money back? No. Does the government give him his truck back? No. Does the government care? No. They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine. You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive. You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things. It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday. They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created. There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate. I hope you understand what's at stake.
