Kirill (@septengineering), Head of Security ⚔️, is a prolific blockchain security white hat best known for his work on NEAR’s Rainbow Bridge 🌈, the first trustless cross-chain bridge in the industry. He led the Rainbow Bridge team for more than two years, first at @NEARProtocol and then at Aurora. Under his stewardship, the bridge was never hacked despite holding billions of dollars in locked funds and enduring a number of high-profile attacks. At the peak of the previous market cycle, the bridge secured over $15B in TVL 💰 Kirill also managed the Rainbow Bridge security bounty program that successfully incentivized would-be black hats to turn white hat.
