@DeanTTraining In my experience this is only because being lean makes them feel like they need to work out too or you’ll lose interest

That’s probably the look most women prefer if we’re being honest

@DeanTTraining Better off fluffy with barely visible 6 pack than shredded if "looks" is the goal

@dieworkwear May I ask your thoughts on Sunspel (regular and Sea Island cotton) and John Smedley polos?
English

POLO DECODER
Pic 1: Bad. Floppy collar, short sleeve, pique cotton, chest logo. Business casual golf club vibes
PIc 2: Good. Collar is built with a collar band, so it behaves like a shirt collar. Which is to say, you can wear it with a sport coat and the collar points will stand up, not collapse under the lapel. Try @ProperCloth for MTM (use the Soft Ivy or Soft Roma Cutaway for the collar option)
Pic 3: Good. Unique Johnny collar. This one is from Stoffa, but you can also find Johnny collar polos from 3sixteen and Suitsupply. Often made from jersey, these feel more like sweaters than polos.
Pic 4: Good. Mesh polo (this one is from Aime Leon Dore). If you're shy, wear a sleeveless tank underneath. There are also retro styles with Talented Mr Ripley vibes.
Point: Polos get a bad rep bc everyone only thinks of the ones guys wear on golf courses, but there are many other styles.

@DeanTTraining @CoachFHM In my experience it’s just easier to ensure I’m in a surplus if I aim for a little more

@DeanTTraining Wouldn’t cutting at that bf % just extend the time it takes to put on proper size for a novice (<3 year) lifter?
