🚨Did Benjamin Netanyahu just tell us that we should use evil to defeat evil while ripping my Christian faith? There is absolutely no way you can reconcile what Netanyahu said here with Christianity.
How is Netanyahu’s perspective different than the Islamic terrorists that he funded ($2 billion to Hamas through Qatar)? If he’s okay with using evil how do we trust he won’t betray America… especially in light of how he betrayed his own people to the mRNA COVID jabs?

@RenzTom He is quoting historian Will Durant to say that moral goodness (which he acknowledged as Jesus Christ) alone doesn’t win wars or deter enemies. You also need hard power, deterrence, and military resolve. Netanyahu is not a Christian. Context does matter.

He was NOT making a theological claim that Jesus, the Son of God, has no power over evil. That’s a total misreading. As Durant wrote: the universe has “no prejudice in favor of Christ as against Genghis Khan.” Netanyahu’s point (with “unfortunately and unhappily”) is purely historical and realist: from a secular viewpoint, righteousness without sufficient strength often loses to ruthless evil and aggression. It’s a call for moral nations to also be strong — realpolitik, not blasphemy. Context matters, folks. Stop the knee-jerk outrage and read the full speech. Jesus Christ is Lord. I deleted my earlier repost of this because it was pointed out to me that Netanyahu was quoting an author, something the accounts reposting this clip fail to mention in an effort to make it appear as though these are Netanyahu’s own words.
He’s actually making a good point along the lines of evil prevails when good men do nothing.

I haven’t made any public statements about this but will. I do want to say (publicly here), of all the things I’ve read, your comments are the most measured I’ve seen. Kent is a very serious person and not someone to disregard. I can only imagine how difficult his decision was because as a true professional, his decision was not taken lightly by him.

I’ve had many questions about the 12 day war and this so called imminent threat. What was it and why were those decisions made? We’re in it now. We have to win.
It’s not a good sign when countries rely on the United States for both national and economic security, with the Navy protecting key trade and oil routes through the straits, the Red Sea, and up to the Suez Canal. These questions need answers.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. @iranidaturan I agree. We did not elect him. He took a job for a guy we did elect. But the moment he disagreed with something he is out and writes a letter speaking poorly of his bosses decisions. This is the executive branch not the legistlative. And he could not win a congressional seat.

It’s good to know you have the integrity to recognize that people are accountable for the jobs they’re given, and that personal likes/dislikes or disagreements shouldn’t stop them from doing their duty.
Refusing to do the job in a moment like this is straight-up betrayal, especially when it comes from arrogance, ignorance, and the illusion that they know better than @POTUS how to do his job.
