Darolutamide was tested in men with recurrence of #prostatecancer and a PSA doubling time of less than 10 months. Darolutamide was associated with metastasis-free survival of 40.4 months, as compared with 18.4 months for placebo. Toxic effects were similar in the two groups.

@DrJustinChee Like other surgery, more complicated patients = more complications. Its important to find innovative techniques for better outcomes in patients with risk factors. Urethroplasty still indicated for most patients since endoscopic mgmt also has many complications!
