@cptYuriAndropov This is the model of failure and perpetuation of the problem. As long as we involve Turkey, nothing good will come of it. And of course we do not want to involve anyone. Not even Greece. We Cypriots should work for our homeland. Can we do this?

@xristofides Well, needs connections, negotiations, cooperation, in any level, between Cyprus-Türkiye-Greece to solve the issue without any other power involvement. It won't be so easy or so quick as you mentioned, but it needed to be solved in a way; Unified, Federation, 2 states, can't say.

And If Cyprus(S) attack Cyprus(N) and Türkiye attack Cyprus(S), are you going to attack Türkiye, Macron? Do you have any idea what would happen after that? Do you?

@cptYuriAndropov And yes, I believe without any hesitation that all Cypriots can build together a prosperous common homeland with a high quality of life. Without any problem, as long as Turkey wants this.

@cptYuriAndropov With a heavy heart I voted NO to the ANAN plan because it was for the benefit of the UK first and foremost and then of Turkey. We do not need such plans to live together in our common homeland of the GC and the TC. Why don't we do it? Because Turkey doesn't want to.

@barinkayaoglu The answer is, Never. Turkey have always sought dichotomous solutions. The ANAN plan was first and foremost made for the benefit of the British and by extension Turkey. That is why, as GC, we could not vote for it. Unfortunately. We voted NO with great pain in our hearts.

Pipe down, partner. How many times did Turkish Cypriots sit down to talk reunification and Greek Cypriots rebuffed them? Tell us about the Annan Plan referendum of 2004 that would have reunified the island, which Turkish Cypriots accepted, Greek Cypriots rehected, and the EU rewarded the latter with full membership...

Ποιοι είχαν πρόσβαση στα θέματα; 4. Ισχύει πως ήρθε πρώτη; 5. Ισχύει πως τώρα θα πάει στην ΕΔΥ για τις προφορικές εξετάσεις; 6. Ισχύει πως στην ΕΔΥ θα είναι και ο Γενικός Διευθυντής του Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών και θα δώσει δική του βαθμολογία με μεγάλη βαρύτητα; Για όσους με διαβάζουν τώρα, να σας εξηγήσω τα εξής: Η Τζυρα εργάζεται στο ΥΠΕΞ σε θέση με Κλίμακα Α13. Προϊστάμενός της είναι ο Υπουργός Εξωτερικών κύριος Κόμπος. Ο Υπουργός Εξωτερικών είναι υφιστάμενος του συνταξιούχου συζύγου της. Ο ΥΠΕΞ κύριος Κόμπος έκανε μάθημα στην Πρώτη Τζυρα στο Πανεπιστήμιο και είναι αυτός που της έδωσε και το πτυχίο της. Ο Γενικός Διευθυντής του ΥΠΕΞ είναι υφιστάμενος του Υπουργού κύριου Κόμπου ο οποίος είναι υφιστάμενος του συνταξιούχου συζύγου της. Ο Γενικός Διευθυντής διορίζεται από το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο του συνταξιούχου συζύγου της. Επίσης, να σας πω πως κάποια μέλη της ΕΔΥ, που θα προκρίνουν την προαγωγή της, διορίστηκαν από τον συνταξιούχο σύζυγό της. Πιθανόν όλα τα μέλη της ΕΔΥ να περιμένουν και επαναδιορισμό το 2027 από τον συνταξιούχο από 45 χρονών. Με όλα τα πιο πάνω, το ζήτημα δεν είναι απλώς διαδικαστικό, είναι θέμα θεσμών και αξιοπιστίας. Μπορεί άραγε αυτή η διαδικασία να πείσει οποιονδήποτε πολίτη ότι είναι πραγματικά ανεπηρέαστη; Χωρίς επιρροές; Όταν η Πρώτη Τζυρα είναι σύζυγος του συνταξιούχου από 45 χρονών, Προέδρου της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας, και η διαδρομή των αποφάσεων περνά μέσα από πρόσωπα που συνδέονται με την εκτελεστική εξουσία, δηλαδή τον συνταξιούχο από 45 χρονών σύζυγο της, ποιος μπορεί σοβαρά να ισχυριστεί ότι όλα αυτά δεν δημιουργούν κρίσιμα ζητήματα; Εγώ ρωτώ ευθέως: με όλα τα πιο πάνω, είναι σωστό να προχωρήσει αυτή η προαγωγή τώρα; Ή μήπως το στοιχειωδώς έντιμο θα ήταν η Πρώτη Τζυρά να περιμένει, ώστε να μη βαραίνει η διαδικασία με καμία απολύτως αμφιβολία; Μπορεί κάλλιστα να διεκδικήσει τη θέση Πρέσβη όταν ο σύζυγος της θα έχει συνταξιοδοτηθεί και από την προεδρία δηλαδή το 2028. Δεν χάνεται το δικαίωμα της στην προαγωγή. Στο τέλος της ημέρας, το ζήτημα δεν είναι μόνο αν κάτι είναι νόμιμο αλλά αν είναι και ηθικά και πολιτικά υπεράνω κάθε αμφιβολίας! Να είναι καθαρό στα μάτια της κοινωνίας. Και αυτό, σήμερα, δοκιμάζεται.
