Absolutely shocked by @amazonIN bought Borosil bottle that arrived old and used. My return req was rejected by the pickup partner, the item wasn't even returned to me. After 2 weeks of following up, I've been denied refund. Feels like a huge fraud! @jagograhakjago

@amazonIN Amazon customer service is the worst. First they gave me a defective ac and godrej technician has mentioned that in the job sheet. Amazon does not believe me and wants to send another technician to verify which will kill more of my time.

I recently purchased a Bosch washing machine from @amazonIN . After delivery, I found that important accessories were missing from the box. Due to this, the installation technician charged us extra to complete the setup. This is disappointing & Ridiculous. #fraud
