@ConstableChaos @BritishGas Having exactly the same problem with British Gas. Refunded the credit balance on the electricity no problem but the gas is proving impossible. Diarised for my 4th 10 day chaser call tomorrow!

Just had the most ridiculous call with @BritishGas trying and failing to sort out deceased mothers accounts with them (they were first notified a month ago) ... it's a good job I'm not a highly distressed grieving relation trying to manage a very difficult and emotional situation

@TfL when is the website going to be working? I have been trying to buy a bus pass for a week now and cannot make the payment. It was the same last month, when I got lucky because it worked for a day! It’s ridiculous!!

@TfL so you are giving my daughter 72 hours to add credit to her new student Oyster card before you issue it but the website is not working! Are there no other options?

@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright #RMG still no working door entry, incorrect rubbish bags provided, heating has not worked all winter, no working tv aerial for a year, sub par water pressure throughout the building and now a mouse infestation! And you want to increase your fees 😡

@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright My daughter rents a flat in Manchester and RMG are the building manager. She has no working door entry, no working TV aerial, they are never given the correct refuse sacks and are now under threat of prosecution from the council for using the wrong bags. This list goes on!

@karendebruyne Cystitis. Untreated, it can back track to the kidneys and cause infection, likely enough in this case leading to sepsis.

Challenge #3: “So the baby was carried in a small deal box … and buried … in that shabby corner of God’s allotment where He lets the nettles grow, and where all unbaptized infants, notorious drunkards, suicides, and others of the conjecturally damned are laid.” Which book?

The 5th and final challenge: “I had observed at church last Sunday, when I accidentally held our Prayer-Book upside down, that it seemed to suit his convenience quite as well as if it had been all right.” Which classic C19th novel is this a quote from?

Challenge #4 “There was no danger that his dead wife would be recognized: those were not days of active inquiry and wide report; and as for the registry of their marriage, that was a long way off, buried in unturned pages, away from every one’s interest but his own.” Any ideas?

Fucking hell. The teaching of music and arts to kids is about SO MUCH MORE for them than music and arts, but that aside these are areas in which SO FAR we as a country have excelled. Even from a non-artistic point of view they’re worth preserving. We’re letting them die.
