one of the most costly mental habits I noticed was knowing the right thing to do but going against it. I really wanted to stay but the right thing to do was rest so I left. But I absolutely LOVED this trial by fire initiation🔥 so see you next year if not sooner… (7/7)

My World Memory Championship level focus wasn’t sustainable for poker- by level 7 I was pretty done. At level 10 (~12 hours after play had started) my body just wanted out and went all in with a somewhat mediocre hand, so with only 30 minutes of day 1 left I was out. (6/7)
