Skip the apps honestly. I tried the same thing last year. Downloaded like 3 brain training apps, kept streaks for a week, then forgot about them. What actually worked was just reading a book for 20 mins before bed. No screen, no notifications. My sleep got better, focus got better, and I stopped waking up feeling foggy. The brain doesn’t need more training. It needs less stimulation. Adding another app to fix a screen time problem is kinda backwards.

I am thinking to start doing mental exercises cant risk this 9 hours of shift and mindless scrolling clogged my brain This matiks app is all over my feed, keeping realistic goal of trying to keep at least 14 days streak. Will keep you all updated with my maths improvement, lol.
