A note to journalists around the world: If the PM of India visits your country, please ask him questions, because in India he has not faced a press conference for the last 12 years. For the sake of the journalistic community, please do us this favor. RT for good karma.

Primeminister of India, Narendra Modi, would not take my question, I was not expecting him to. Norway has the number one spot on the World Press Freedom Index, India is at 157th, competing with Palestine, Emirates & Cuba. It is our job to question the powers we cooperate with.

FLYING IN CLOSE PROXIMITY This is a possibility Fighter Pilots live with (happened with me more than once, close calls, no collision, thank god) This mid-air collision happened yesterday (May 17, 2026) during the Gunfighter Skies Air Show at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. In the near future, as this economic crisis unfolds, it’s going to be important for us to ask questions of our leadership. When you do, your replies and your timeline will be flooded with hate and attacks. Don’t take it personally, it simply means the question was a really good one. The quality of the question is directly proportional to the number of anonymous replies.

West Bengal and Assam election mark a ‘phase transition’ from doubtful to dubious elections. We now have clear evidence of electoral manipulation that can be traced and documented. We may debate the quantum and impact, but cannot deny that we are entering a zone marked “dubious”. It’s time for a People’s Commission to bring out the truth. Read: indianexpress.com/article/opinio…

Why is Anushka Sharma wearing Pakistani attire instead of a Saree (which Indians claim as their own, but isn't) or Western clothing? It’s because the grace of this look is just on another level. ✨🇵🇰

I was speaking to my friend this morning who voted in the last elections. He said that when he went to vote, he was confused about whom exactly he was voting for, and even found the EVM process complicated. If my own experience with the OCI online application process - which took me 10 tries to get right - is any indication of how user-friendly systems are, I suspect many people in voting booths may also have been confused.

If you care about democracy this piece by @AnantGuptaAG is a must read. It’s meticulous reporting about one seat but it does tell a larger story
Scroll.in@scroll_in

In Rajarhat New Town seat, TMC MLA finished with more votes than anybody else when counting concluded on May 4, according to ECI data. scroll.in/article/109285… The next day, the BJP had won the seat by a wafer-thin margin of 316 votes. But how did this happen? @AnantGuptaAG finds out

@_YogendraYadav @AnantGuptaAG @scroll_in The fake intelligence sits very nicely on Mr. Yoga. After losing his only election, and losing the plot in politics, he's become an expert on all things elections, farm laws, environment et al. Waiting for him to join the IPL. Commentary team

A meticulous account of how a lead of 316 votes was overnight converted into a defeat by 316 votes via a mysterious extra round of counting after all votes had already been counted. More such stories are trickling in. Thanks @AnantGuptaAG and @scroll_in
Supriya Sharma@sharmasupriya

A blow-by-blow account of how slow counting that spilled over into the next day helped the BJP wrest a seat it had lost to the Trinamool @AnantGuptaAG reports scroll.in/article/109285…

India has a host of problems - poor infrastructure, religious disharmony, sanitation and cleanliness issues, corruption, poverty, unemployment, nepotism, financial insecurity etc. The good news? Most of these are symptoms of conditioned thinking and repeated optical imagery fed into the collective mind. Neuroplasticity shows that the human mind can rewire itself. Which means societies can too. India is fixable.
