The FCRA Amendment Bill, 2026 is a clear example that this is not a reform; it is an attack on minorities, civil societies, NGOs, and people who are working for the poor.
Just as the Waqf (Amendment) Bill creates fear among Muslims, this FCRA Bill will create fear among Christians.
This is not governance; this is selective targeting. India was built on the idea of pluralism, and any attempt to weaken minority institutions is an insult to the Constitution.
