@yidd77 @paulofdub Shtatto is a nice rooftop cafe too, with perhaps the best view of all. If you’re looking for a more special occasion kind of place, La Grande Table Marocaine in Royal Mansour is great.

I’m looking out at the rain, while trying to work on a new project, all I can think is that in 5 weeks time I’ll be in Marrakesh. ☀️☀️☀️

@yidd77 Al-Fassia is interesting and run by all women. Dar Dar in the medina is a v good rooftop rest as is the rooftop rest/bar in El Fenn. If you want something really fancy (and not cheap) there’s a plethora of luxury hotels with various cuisines, my fav is Ling Ling @MO_MARRAKECH

Just finished 2nd Open Door Restaurant pop up big thanks to @EdelCunningham4 @CarolineLucey4 @CMCarey_ @IrishPrisons @MTU_ie @IASIO_Ireland and to my son Noel, tired but elated for the guys participating, they were superb.

@TheRegencyCook It's very delicious if you peel it and braise it in red wine, port, a little sugar and spices.

The quality of the food is top notch - zero air miles as the lamb and pork and most of the ingredients are from the estate. Very lucky to have chef Niall O’Sullivan @yidd77 who knows how to let @killruddery produce sing their own song.
