Plays the 🎹 It will End well for me.

Only a woman will cry about how hard life is just to see her flexing and living a luxurious lifestyle in a few months. Women know they don't have to hustle to make money. All they have to do is cry for help and watch men come to their aid. Afterall, nobody empowers women more than men. Another day to remind you anytime you see a woman set her camera, cry and post it online, it's a performative act to get empathy from men in order to get the fame which follows with monetary support. A woman who started as an activist and complaining about how hard things were, in less than two years of getting media attention through the help and support of Nigerians who backed her up because they believe in the movement, after getting the attention she wanted and financial support, she reverted back to her true nature as a typical whore which is why she went to do BBL. You'd expect a woman who once cried about how hard things were in the country and understand the value of little money will be financially wise but NO! She went to do BBL because her source of income is derived from hookup. She wasn't fighting for the poor masses but for herself which explains why she's no longer fighting for them because she has gotten her own portion from the government which she once called out. A woman who was complaining about the cost of a crate of egg can now afford to travel from one country to another and sleeping with rich clients while using remote work as her cover up. "I wasn't created to pay bills." So now, she has to whore her way to pay her bills because an average woman believes they're too fragile to hustle legitimately. They should be rewarded for existing and given free money because they are women. They tell you they're an independent woman but still have to sleep with rich men to be independent. Another day to remind you women ain't good with power, fame or money. They'll end up self sabotaging themselves. They start by becoming activist to make you believe they're fighting for the common goal of the masses and as soon as they start enjoying the fame and money, you'll realize their loyalty is only to themselves and they never cared about the masses. You'll be foolish to believe women think of anybody but themselves. This is why you're better off helping a man over a woman. Empowering a woman is helping one person while empowering a man is helping a family. Empowering women doesn't distribute wealth but empowering men, you're guaranteed he's going to empower other people. Before you empower one woman, empower a thousand men. Men are the last hope to a financially stable society.

Before I tweet anything, I do research and actually ask people questions, especially when I don’t have internal info. A junior associate who’s a frontend engineer at Moniepoint sent me a screenshot alert of his last salary payment directly from his bank app. When I initially asked him for his pay, he said it’s not a fixed figure because they add bonuses that are not fixed, and he went ahead to send the last salary payment screenshot from his mobile app. I’ve trained so many engineers in Nigeria, like a lot. Probably one of the top three largest tech training institutions in the country. I know HNG is number one. So when someone says there’s no good talent in the country, I’m also not happy about it. But I need you to know that we’re a growing ecosystem. So many people reading this tweet right now cannot point to 10 desktop engineers they know, or five game developers. You probably don’t even know 10 motion designers too. I’m not saying we don’t have them. I’m saying that you, reading this right now, probably can’t name them because you don’t know them. There’s also a huge responsibility for large companies to invest in training and employee pipelines. That’s why I also complained about the Dangote issue last year. We have a problem, and we need to agree on that. But Nigerians are also hardworking and technically global. We can’t deny that, and we should not undersell it. If you’re reading this and you know a junior technical associate in Moniepoint who’s earning below 1M. Please DM me proof, and I’ll legit add a follow up tweet to my initial tweet and apologise.

From my DMs. How Dangote pays. No leave for contract staff. 75 weekly visits to outlets. 137K. Monthly hazard pay is #1,456 - basically 1 dollar. Laundry is 910 naira. 😂 This is not supposed to be funny.

The same Moniepoint was the headline sponsor for BBNaija in 2023. Ask Tosin how many tech schools and Stem scholarships he sponsors, also check the figures in terms of monetary contributions.

This was where we were when Amorim got sacked - and we were 4 points off of 14th. What a turnaround this has been. 👏🏽

Lol, it’s not even decent. It’s high. The entry-level salary (junior associate/intern) for any technical role at Moniepoint is 1M+ per month. The current issue is that the TL is now filled with fake screenshots and personal views painted as objective discussions.

@iamDo2dtun I worked at Moniepoint in 2023 and I can beat my chest that staff are well compensated. At every town hall you get to see new faces introduced.

Here are the aforementioned documents sent to my DM for mid-level and upper level wages at Moniepoint. I haven't received the low-level wages but they said it's between 350 and 500 per month. They also claim to pay 25% higher than industry standards.
