@ethansgrumps My dad has metastatic prostate cancer. After being successfully treated for stage 3 bowel cancer 2 years prior to this diagnosis. He still suffers the side effects from that treatment. His wonderful CNS gave him some tablets to reduce the hot flushes. They were a life changer.

Research with 1,000 workers identified five trust-based behaviours that set the highest performing teams apart. @cascleicester @ptsafetylearn My comment would be one the audit community had said for ages about national reports. The 2015 deaths are reported in the June 2017 annual report. Move to up to date reporting like NELA or SSNAP would be so beneficial. @hqip

I have done gynaecology and women's health as a GP for 23 years, and I have never seen toxic shock syndrome from a tampon. I have fished out A LOT of retained tampons. Medically possible obv, but I was made to be terrified of it by leaflets as a teen. Other experiences?
