@ScotiabankHelps when are you reversing the credit card interest and fixing the autopay issue? I am on autopay and my credit card was due last week, I got charged the $10 minimum balance twice as well as interest today. Please provide the next steps to correct.

@311Toronto is it possible to install bike traffic light at the North East corner of Queen and Soho? If you're biking North on Peter at Queen, the bike lane moves to the East side of the intersection and the pedestrian crosswalk is on the West side and you can't see the light.

@SimpliiFin I logged into my online account the the alerts are the same as the ones in the app. Not the ones I was enquiring about. I want to receive emails when my statement is available, reminder when it's due and any transactions that are processed without a credit card present. Thanks!

@SimpliiFin Thank you. Can you please let your developers know that there is a bug in logging in online on a phone or tablet as it takes you to the app and freezes. Perhaps your developers can add the alert options to the app while they're fixing the bugs? :)

@yo_soy_Anna Hi Anna, you'll be able to change your statement preferences by going to "More Services" on the left menu in Online Banking. Under "Account Services", you will see "Change statement preference". For receiving notifications, please go to "Manage My Alerts" from the same menu. ^Kay

@SimpliiFin very disappointed that existing and loyal client such as myself cannot qualify for the 4.75% HISA offer (or something close). Slap in the face when it's plastered all over your website and all you care is about getting new clients.
