सोनम रघुवंशी पर मर्डर की धारा ही नहीं लगी ! अब जेल से आएगी बाहर राजा हत्याकांड की आरोपी सोनम! इंदौर के चर्चित राजा रघुवंशी मर्डर केस में मुख्य आरोपी पत्नी सोनम रघुवंशी को शिलॉन्ग की अदालत से जमानत मिलते ही पुलिस की जांच पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। अदालत ने भी फैसले में माना कि सोनम की गिरफ्तारी के समय यूपी पुलिस से एक गलती हो गई। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सोनम रघुवंशी को जब गाजीपुर पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया तो उसपर पति राजा की हत्या की धारा भी जोड़ी गई थी, जिसके बारे में मौके पर नहीं बताया गया। कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में यूपी पुलिस की इस गलती को संविधान के अनुच्छेद 22 (1) के तहत मौलिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन बताया, इसी आधार पर सोनम रघुवंशी को जमानत मिली।

@Iyervval Even the public is also responsible for this. Indians have a unbelievable craze for buying property and investing in real estate! If buying stops exploitation will also stop !

The Indian property market is heavily caretelised & manipulated. Builders sit on plots, create artificial shortages & skyrocket prices - classic example Delhi Aerocity. It’s also the biggest route of money laundering (2nd being art).

Fantastic flight @airindia The plane was old, but the cabin crew - made the flight. Such amazing service - over and above the call of duty - engaged everyone - super intuitive. Never understood why induction stoves are not more common. Safer (big plus), highly efficient, easier to control, auto timer Also easy way to reduce import bills than subsidising gas. I only know that Phulkas are difficult on induction.
