33 yrs ago this week #MeirKahane spoke on the UMN campus. He advocated collective punishment and the forced transfer of Palestinian’s. It made me an opponent of Zionism. At the time #Hillel denounced his views, Now I’m told that opposing Kahane’s views is evil. #FreePalestine

At a public playground right now and there’s about 8 different families here- one set of parents have put about 200 Easter eggs all over the playground that are only for their kids and expect all the other parents to be constantly fending their kids away. How would you handle this as a parent?

@socialistharpy @nickimoraa I couldn’t take that and the near hemorrhaging. After a through exam to rule out other issues, I got a Mirena. Stopped periods all together, kept it for most of a decade. Never had another period. I think the progesterone helped other symptoms too. Worth the initial pain.

@KeruboSk I would not switch my seat ever. I will always sit in the seat I picked and payed for. Why should my flight be ruined for someone else. People do this purposely and then try to make you feel bad for sticking to your guns. I will never let them make me feel guilty.

I once booked an aisle seat on a flight because I like being able to get up without climbing over people. Simple. Intentional. Paid for. I get there and someone’s already in my seat, sitting all comfortable next to their friend like they planned it that way. I pause, double-check my ticket, then politely tell them that’s my seat. They hit me with, “oh… would you mind switching so we can sit together?” Now mind you… this wasn’t confusion. This was a fully formed plan that just didn’t include me until I showed up. I just looked at them for a second and said, “I booked this seat on purpose.” Because let’s be real… that’s not my problem. That’s a problem that should’ve been solved during booking. Respectfully.

If a cop pulls you over because you match the description of a suspect and they want to detain you to figure out if your the suspect or not, would you resist? Like come on. It’s common sense. You have to abide by the law and let them detain you because they have probable cause.

This woman lives in a Texas & she went to vote at her normal poling place & they told her it was only for Republicans & that she had to drive 3 miles down the road to a Democratic poling place which she said had outdated machines unlike the first place & only a few pill workers!

False. You need a passport OR a birth certificate to get the ID as proof that you’re really a citizen of our country. After that you only ever need to show the voter ID to vote. I don’t have a passport but I have a birth cert and even if I didn’t have that I know how to figure out how to obtain a copy. Anyone who doesn’t have the intelligence to figure it out shouldn’t be voting anyway. How they can complain women are capable of being president but not obtaining the documents to get an ID is the height of hypocrisy.

Are any women offended that democrats think that women are incapable of using ID to vote? It’s almost that they feel women are helpless.
