@yrysbryd That's a good way to put it! And when his character doesn't learn/doesn't receive any social consequences for said bigotries it makes the constant mini redemption arcs fall flat imo.

I enjoy watching House but it'd be 10x better if House himself wasn't explicitly bigoted, like he was in the intersex episode. It's fine for him to be a huge asshole, but the bigoted moments ruin his character IMO. He doesn't have to be perfect in that regard obviously but yeah.
