@wsuares This is how Dallas is dealing with their homelessness issue and it’s working. Not the hostile architecture part, but the decommissioning part. Service organizations and agencies provide outreach and case management services at the same time they do this.

@CrownAndJoke Here’s what I think. I think he got the addresses from the school. I use my work email for our JOM committee and that’s the only way I’d get an unsolicited email from OSDE is if he got access to email addresses through the school.
