We built a database of 37 triggers and a 70-signal list that runs every cold email we send at ColdIQ (and I'm giving it all away). Most teams pick one or the other and call it "signal-based outbound." That's why their cold outbound is stuck at 1 to 3% reply rates. We stack both. 1 trigger as the reason to reach out. 3 signals as proof the buying window is open. We've run outbound for 300+ B2B companies. Stacked sends pull 15 to 25% reply rates. Inside the pack: → The 37 triggers (Series B, VP hired, new tool purchased) and the 7 to 14 day window each one closes in → The 70-signal list (pricing-page hits, post engagement, customer poach) and the 24 to 48 hour decay before they go cold → The stacking rule: 1 trigger + 3 signals = open the email → One account stacked: Series B last week, VP Sales on the home page 4 times, CEO liked an outbound post, new Head of RevOps from a customer Reply "INTENT" and I'll send it. I just ran one of the largest (if not the largest) 3rd party comparison of cold email tool setups to figure out what the best cold email setup is. 600,000+ Emails Sent. 3 Sequencers. 3 Mailbox providers. Same campaigns, same copy, same lists, and I controlled for every possible variable possible. To run an accurate test at this magnitude we had to spend >$10,000 in new email infrastructure (to make sure everything was fresh) I made a 12 page report outlining + a 19 minute video breaking down ALL the results to a scientific level & giving it away completely free. The document breaks down: - The exact test parameters we ran - A breakdown of the results and findings by ESP and mailbox provider - What sending platforms / tools got the best results Want the full report? Like this post + comment "REPORT" and I'll send it over (must be following)

227,744 views. 3,316 comments. 477 leads. In 7 days. One Claude system. 0€ ads. I put the whole system into ONE Notion doc. 6 sections. * Find lead magnets that already convert (not guesswork) * Generate hooks scored on real virality + intent * Use a structure built to turn views → leads * Preview posts before publishing (desktop + mobile) * Schedule your week in 15 min * Turn comments into DMs automatically It also captures intent. → detects engaged people → scores + enriches leads → starts conversations → handles replies → books meetings Like + comment “CLAUDE” and I’ll send it (must be following so I can DM you)

I spent the last 45 days writing a 86-page book covering absolutely everything I know about how to successfully run outbound in 2026. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. > Company context analysis and market evaluation > ICP definition and Pain-Qualified Segment (PQS) modeling > TAM mapping across 15+ industry segments > Offer creation and the three types of cold offers > The psychology of cold email and pattern disruption > 10 fundamental copywriting principles from 10M+ emails sent > 6 proven cold email script frameworks with real examples > 5 messaging angles to test across campaigns > AI prompts for generating full A/B test script matrices > Email sequencer setup and which tools to use at which volume > Domain setup rules and secondary domain best practices > Reserve infrastructure and inbox cycling strategy > Deliverability signals, spintax, and campaign settings > How to identify burned accounts and recover fast > The four types of data sources and when to use each > The Campaign Score Formula for predicting results before launch > Speed-to-lead system and why response time kills conversions > 5 reply templates covering 90% of responses > Follow-up strategy across email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS > Pre-call workflow that lifts show rates from 30% to 70%+ > Post-meeting process: proposals, contracts, and onboarding I told you I meant EVERYTHING. The insights in this book come from the experiences of 10M+ emails sent, 20,000+ leads generated, and deca-millions in pipeline value created. This e-book is NOT free, but it costs less than a Chipotle bowl with guac. (There needs to be a slight level of gatekeeping for this one) Want to get access to it? Comment “Playbook” and I’ll DM you the link to it. [Must be following to receive]

Giving away the exact Custom Skills Folder we use inside Claude Code to write our cold email sequences at ColdIQ. Trained on the same emails that have generated over $10M for our clients. Plus the master prompt we engineered to clone their buyer psychology. I've tested every AI model for cold email. ChatGPT. Gemini. Grok. They all produce okay copy. But okay doesn't get replies. Claude Code is the first one that changed that. It doesn't come off as AI. It comes off as your best AE on a good day. How it works: > Drop in a target website, a LinkedIn URL, or a detailed ICP > It returns a 3-step outbound sequence > Fully optimised for Instantly > Under 45 seconds, start to finish It feels conversational. Opens strong. Ready to launch in your campaigns. Most people are still prompting ChatGPT to "write a cold email." This is what running 7-figure outbound in the background actually looks like. Want the Skills Folder, the master prompt, and the full system? → Like this post and follow me → Comment "EMAIL" and I'll send you the link.

We spent hundreds of hours building Claude Code skills for our $7M ARR GTM agency (and we're giving them away for free) - ICP research - signal scoring - cold email writing - sales intelligence - campaign intelligence. These run inside every system we build for 70+ B2B clients. Reply "Claude Code" and I'll send you the Github repo with everything.

I remember when I was an AE at PayPal and gong had just closed them and only managers had access to the software My mentor Chima who was my manager's direct manager (Chima is the goat) pulled it up and we learned that the most successful opening pitches on cold calls were 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds I just pitched longer on the open and changed what I said and it resulted in me closing more deals That's about all I ever used gong for, only opened it that one time ever in my life and it was super helpful You guys came into the market at a really interesting time
Chris Orlob@Chris_Orlob

Gong grew from $200k ARR to $200M ARR and $7.2B valuation in a 5 year span. Buyers told us our demos were 2nd to none. 9 lessons I learned about SaaS demos I'll never forget:

I automated my entire cold email ops with Claude in 9 steps. No more manual dashboard checks. No more guessing which sequences to pause. Most GTM engineers treat cold email like a daily chore. You log in, scroll dashboards, pause a few sequences, move on. That was me for months. Plenty of checking. Plenty of clicking. Nothing to show for it. Then I realized something. The top performers weren't just logging into Instantly every morning. They were building systems that ran without them. So I stopped babysitting dashboards and started treating cold email like actual operations. Instead, I built a system that targets: → Sequences under 1% reply rate after 500 sends → Email steps with over 300 sends and reply rate under 0.3% → Sequences booking meetings in the last 7 days → New ICP campaigns that inherit DNA from top performers Then I stopped doing manual reporting. Instead of clicking through 5 tabs, I started using Claude prompts that: → Export last 7 days performance automatically → Pause underperformers after confirming with me first → Scale winning sequences by 20% with safe volume caps → Draft new sequences modeled on your highest reply-rate campaigns The results? 30+ minutes saved per day on manual sequence management. But more importantly, zero campaigns paused by mistake. Claude confirms before every action, exports before every change, and logs everything to a dedicated Cold Email Ops folder. Not because Claude is perfect. But because the system is built with guardrails that make it trustworthy. You're spending hours every week manually checking dashboards and pausing sequences. When you could spend 30 minutes setting up this system once and letting it run. Cold email ops isn't about checking metrics. It's about building a machine that optimizes itself. The 9-step guide walks you through every prompt, every permission, every folder structure, and every rule to make Claude your cold email co-pilot. If you want the exact system I use (setup guide, prompt library, ops rules): Drop "OPS" below. Make sure you follow me, and I'll send you the full GTM Engineer's 9-Step Guide to Cold Email Operations with Claude.

Just made another banger doc... There is a simple repositioning move that lets you charge 3x more without changing the actual work. It covers: - how agencies charging $20K/month are selling the exact same service as you - the shift that makes prospects stop comparing you on price - the expansion model that multiplies what a single client pays you over 90 days RT + follow & comment "SHIFT" and I'll send it

there’s literally no reason why you shouldn’t be sending 50k emails a day if your tam is big enough run the numbers 50k emails with 1% reply rate = 500 replies 500 replies with 10% positive reply rate = 50 leads 50 leads with 40% booking rate = 20 meetings 20 meetings with 75% qualified = 15 qualified calls 15 qualified calls over 20 sending days = 300 qualified calls monthly even if you don’t hit these benchmarks, you’re still booking an insane amount of meetings every month where the ROI is worth it it’s simply a volume game and this is what every big agency i’ve talked to is doing recycle tam every few months, hit different people at same company, you’re golden

most outbound teams are talking to a fraction of their real market. they've got a list of 500 companies they cycle through every 3 months. there are 30,000 decision makers in their space who've never heard their name. the math on full market coverage: 30,000 decision makers x contacted every 45 days = familiar before you even ask for a meeting. by the 3rd touch, reply rates double. by the 6th, you're the default option when the pain gets bad enough. the teams winning aren't writing better emails. they're covering more ground, more consistently. most of your market hasn't heard from you this quarter. that's the problem. comment ICP and i'll DM you the full market coverage framework (must be following)

the reason most outbound campaigns fail isn't the copy. it's that they were never built properly. no clear ICP. unverified list. domains sent before warmup. no testing framework. no activation checklist. then they send, get poor results, and conclude cold email doesn't work. this is the build guide that fixes that: 6 phases. the exact process we follow for every client campaign from scratch. including: the honest expectations section. what month 1 typically looks like. what month 3 looks like. what month 6 looks like. no hype. just the actual build. comment BUILD and i'll send it over. most people know cold email works. they don't know how to build the machine. 6 phases. one clean campaign from scratch. phase 1: ICP definition (the filters that actually matter) phase 2: list building (sources, verification, enrichment) phase 3: infrastructure setup (domains, inboxes, warmup) phase 4: copy development (email 1, email 2, variants) phase 5: testing framework (what to measure, what to change) phase 6: activation checklist (what must be true before you send) plus: the honest expectations section. what month 1 looks like vs month 6. this is the exact build process we use for every new client campaign. comment BUILD and i'll send it over.
