Recently a lot of people come to me with some super complex analysis of their domain name from one of the AI agents / models. Usually it shows some crazy high value of their mediocre or decent domain. My response is generally: "Please ask the ai if it will buy your domain?"

Adding a Make Offer option next to BIN price leads to an immediate dilution of domain value (by almost 40%) When setting a BIN price, avoid adding a Make Offer option because you are signaling to buyers that you are willing to accept much less than BIN price
