A major corruption scandal has surfaced within the Pune Police force as Constable Sagar Jadhav, stationed at Shivajinagar Police Station, faces serious allegations of bribery and extortion. Complainant Vijay Mallikarjun Koli has filed a formal complaint with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, alleging that Jadhav extorted nearly ₹5 lakh from individuals. According to the complaint, Jadhav nicknamed "Vasuli Bhai" demanded ₹2.25 lakh at a paan stall opposite the police station under the pretext of helping a suspect secure bail in a gambling case. Furthermore, he is accused of extorting an additional ₹2.50 lakh from another individual by threatening them with arrest. The complainant also claims that Jadhav implicated senior officers by alleging that he shared a "cut" of the bribe with them. Irrespective of political ideology or alignment, anyone who genuinely wants India to develop must accept one basic truth: corruption has to end by law, by scrutiny, by any constitutional means necessary. What Khurpenchh has been doing, i.e., exposing irregularities in UPSC elections, FSSAI functioning, and misuse of public funds, is exactly the kind of public accountability every developing nation needs. Instead of welcoming this scrutiny and acting on the evidence, agencies have chosen to file FIRs. That reaction itself raises a serious question: if everything was clean, why target the messenger? I have been raising similar issues (though at a much smaller scale) since 2012. Therefore, I commend @khurpenchh without hesitation, and everyone should. Those who are silent or celebrating these FIRs are not neutral; they are effectively protecting the corrupt system. There is no third side in the fight against corruption.

स्ट्रिंग आज तक केस लड़ रहा है, उसे डेट तक नहीं मिलती। विजय ने यह मेसेज किया है। मेरा अकाउंट गया था तो मुझे अमेरिका-भारत संबंधों में दरार आने का हवाला दिया था। वो तो इलोन मस्क आया तो वापसी हुई।
सत्य यह है कि यदि आपका अकाउंट है और आप BJP के वैचारिक परिवार के स्वघोषित सदस्य हैं, तो आप स्वयंसेवक भाव से चलिए। आपको स्वयं ही फंड्स जुटाने होंगे, स्वयं ही वकील करने होंगे, स्वयं ही ग़ैर-भाजपा शासित राज्यों में कनेक्शंस ढूँढ कर बचाव करना होगा और स्वयं ही यह रिस्क लेना होगा यदि आपका अकाउंट जाता है।
मैंने स्वयं के लिए यह सुना है: "आप तो ये सब अपने लिए कर रहे हैं अजीत जी, पार्टी ने तो आपसे कभी कहा नहीं है!" और यह सत्य है कि सच में पार्टी ने हमसे समर्थन नहीं माँगा था। हाँ, विरोध करने पर पार्टी के लोग आपको शांत होने का संदेश भेजते रहते हैं।
संघ या पार्टी के नाम पर जो भी आज यह लिख रहा है ना कि राष्ट्रवाद के लिए अलख जगाए रखिए, सनातन के लिए एकजुट रहिए, हमें आपके जैसे लोगों की बहुत आवश्यकता है, वह व्यक्ति केवल और केवल भाजपा में अपने लिए जगह स्थान बनाना चाह रहा है।
नितिन नबीन के आने के बाद पार्टी में बहुत कुछ परिवर्तन अपेक्षित है और ये लोग उसी दरार में अपना पाँव लगा रहे हैं कि इन्हें वहाँ से कुछ मिल जाए। इसलिए वो पार्टी के हितैषी बने दिखने चाहते हैं चाहे इस कारण कितनी ही चूतियापंथी वाली चाटुकारितापूर्ण भाषा क्यों ना लिखनी पड़े।
हम विजय पटेल या स्ट्रिंग के केस में २५-३० लाख क्राउड फण्ड से जुटा कर सिब्बल, सिंघवी के स्तर के वकील को पैसा दे कर खड़ा कर सकते हैं। हमें वैसा वकील चाहिए जिसे रजिस्ट्री से तुरंत डेट मिल जाए और इसे व्यक्ति के दो मौलिक अधिकारों के (अभिव्यक्ति और आय अर्जन) हनन का केस बनाए। साथ ही, यदि समस्या सामग्री से है तो डिलीट उसे करवाना चाहिए, ना कि अकाउंट ही उड़ा दिया जाए, यह तर्क रखे।
बाक़ी बातें वकील साहब ही बताएँगे। यदि झेल सकते हैं तो यह कार्य कीजिए, वरना मशरुम की खेती में अच्छा पैसा है।

हाईकोर्ट ने जारी किया नोटिस हरित भूमि पर अवैध मदीना मस्जिद दिल्ली के एफ ब्लॉक, मंगोलपुरी में पार्क हेतु आरक्षित हरित भूमि पर अवैध अतिक्रमण और बहुमंज़िला धार्मिक ढाँचे का निर्माण किए जाने का गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। यह पूरा निर्माण बिना किसी विधिक स्वीकृति या अनुमति के किया गया है। याचिकाकर्ता प्रीत सिरोही सेव इंडिया फाउंडेशन द्वारा कहा गया है कि इस अवैध निर्माण और अतिक्रमण के संबंध में कई शिकायतें संबंधित अधिकारियों को की गईं, परंतु अधिकारियों द्वारा कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के बजाय केवल शिकायत को इधर-उधर घुमाया जा रहा है। इस पर न्यायिक हस्तक्षेप की मांग को लेकर याचिकाकर्ता ने माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया है। याचिका में की गई प्रार्थनाएँ (Prayer) 1.माननीय न्यायालय से अनुरोध है कि एक मैंडेमस रिट या अन्य उपयुक्त आदेश जारी करते हुए, दिल्ली के मंगोलपुरी एफ ब्लॉक पार्क में किए गए अतिक्रमण पर कानूनी कार्यवाही करने का निर्देश दिया जाए, जैसा कि एसटीएफ पोर्टल पर दर्ज शिकायत (संदर्भ संख्या: SNS2024051816) में उल्लिखित है। 2.साथ ही न्यायालय से यह भी निवेदन किया गया है कि पार्क की सार्वजनिक भूमि से संपूर्ण अवैध निर्माण व अतिक्रमण को हटाने का आदेश पारित किया जाए, जैसा कि एफ ब्लॉक क्षेत्र के लेआउट प्लान में स्पष्ट रूप से पार्क हेतु आरक्षित भूमि दिखाई गई है। माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने इस संबंध में नोटिस जारी किया है। - प्रेस विज्ञप्ति @ANI @ZeeNews @SudarshanNewsTV @PTI_News @ians_india @RashtraJyoti धन्यवाद- @sewanyaya @swati_gs

Bombay High Court has ordered a fresh probe into the alleged disproportionate assets of former Pune Municipal Corporation City Engineer Prashant Waghmare. The court set aside earlier orders that had stopped the Anti-Corruption Bureau from carrying out an open inquiry into allegations that Waghmare amassed assets worth nearly ₹2,000 crore.
The case began in 2016 after social activist advocate Tanaji Gambhire filed a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Bureau. He alleged that Waghmare used his position in PMC’s Building Permission Department to gather massive wealth through family members and construction firms.
During the preliminary inquiry, ACB officer Sanjay Patange said Waghmare did not provide details about his bank accounts, investments, foreign travel and other expenses. The High Court has now allowed the ACB to continue its investigation.

3- गली-गली बिक रहे ज़हर पर रोज़ाना सख्त कार्रवाई करने से कौन रोक रहा है?
4- भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को नौकरी से बाहर करने से कौन रोक रहा है?
5- food testing system को तेज, ईमानदार और transparent बनाने से कौन रोक रहा है?
6- जनता की थाली को safe बनाने से कौन रोक रहा है?
आखिर किसके दबाव में सिस्टम हमेशा मिलावटखोरों से नरम और जनता से सख्त दिखता है?

हर बात में कॉन्सपिरेसी क्यों ढूँढनी है कि अजीत भारती को सपा फंड कर रही है, ये कॉन्ग्रेसी हो गया है? या यह कि ये योगी की टीम से करोड़ों पा रहा है… खुरपेंच वाले में विदेशी फंडिंग ले आए और मैं तो पता नहीं क्या पैरेलल नेटवर्क चला रहा हूँ!
कैंचो! मेरे घर के नीचे की नाली खुली हुई है, मैं एसी का क्वाइल बदलवाने में परेशान हूँ! बिजली विभाग वाले दीवार के साइड का पेड़ काट रहे हैं, तो कमरे में बढ़ती गर्मी से परेशान हूँ और मुझे योगी जी करोड़ों दे रहे हैं? तीन बार तो इस ट्वीट के लिखते-लिखते लाइट गई है!
फोटो योगी जी के साथ कोई और खिचा रहा है, मेरे संबंध इतने गहन है कि आज तक एक बाइट नहीं मिली है योगी जी की, जबकि बाकी कई यूट्यूबरों को वह सौभाग्य मिल चुका है… और योगी जी फंड कर रहे हैं!
कुछ तो क्रेडिबल कॉन्सपिरेसी थ्योरी लाओ! ऐसे ही तार जोड़ते रहोगे तो कुछ नहीं मिलेगा। मेरे जैसे लोग होते हैं। अपवाद ही सही, पर होते हैं। योगी से फंडेड होता तो क्या मुझे यह नहीं दिखता कि यूजीसी का पहला शिकार ही योगी जी होंगे, चाहे वो चाहें या न चाहें? चाहे मैं चाहूँ या न चाहूँ?
घर से उठवा लिया तुमने अक्टूबर में, मार्च में हाउस अरेस्ट करा लिया, फोन सर्विलांस पर डाल दिया, सोसायटी में लोग टहलवा लिए सिविल ड्रेस में… बिहार में FIR कर दिया… अब छापा मारना बाकी रह गया है, वो भी कर के देख लो!
भाई मेरे, मैं एक तुच्छ और त्याज्य नॉन-एंटिटी हूँ जिसे लिखना-बोलना आता है। मेरा कोई लक्ष्य नहीं है सरकार गिरा देने का। सरकार अँगूठे और तर्जनी को गोलाकार जोड़ कर, एक फ्लिक करेगी और मैं चला जाऊँगा चित्रा नक्षत्र की झाँट में।
मेरी केवल यही माँग है कि सामान्य वर्ग के कपड़े उतारने तक तो हमने सह लिया, अब ये हाथ में तेल लगाना बंद करो। बलात्कार एक संज्ञेय अपराध है।

Ever since the NDA’s third term began, they’ve been consistently targeting the general category caste census, 75% reservation in MP, UGC-related decisions, and now Odisha. It feels like they’ve made up their minds to sideline general category people completely.
If that’s really the case, then so be it. There’s something called mutually assured destruction if you try to wipe us out, you’ll go down with us.
The only way to break this arrogance is to shake their power. Either don’t vote, press NOTA, or vote for anyone else just don’t vote for BJP. Keep doing this until they start listening to the general category again.
And yes, if their government falls, it might create some difficulty for general category Hindus too but not more than what their ministers will face. We’ve already seen rulers like Aurangzeb, we’ve lived through 60 years of Congress. Even if some other party comes for 5 years, what’s the worst that can happen?
But their condition will deteriorate badly and then watch, they’ll come back on their own.
Don’t remain their silent supporters or bonded voters anymore.
