The tragic loss of @Navalny heightens my concerns for @vkaramurza, another leader for democracy and reform in Russia, who also sits in one of Putin's prisons, sentenced to 25 yrs after speaking out against the war in Ukraine.
He was a fellow at @UChiPolitics in '18.
